How do I add items to my shopping cart?
You can add items to your shopping cart by browsing through our categories and/or our departments. Once you find an item(s) you'd like to buy, simply hit the "Add To Cart" button closest to the item(s) you are interested in to add the selected item(s) to your shopping cart. At this point, you can change the quantity of items you'd like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping cart, continue shopping, or check out.
How can I delete an unwanted item from my shopping cart?
You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by clicking the "Remove Item" text button located within the shopping cart on the left hand side of each row.
How can I complete my order or view my shopping cart?
Once you have completed your shopping, click the "View Cart" button located on the Main Menu.  Click on the "Checkout" button.
Is the ordering process secure?
Romen Graphics currently uses Paypal and Microsoft's bCentral to handle all on-line payment processing.  Both use a secure shopping cart and checkout technology that protects your sensitive information over an encryption-secure web connection.  Please review the privacy policy from Paypal for more information at PayPal Privacy.
Is my order subject to state sales tax?
Only orders that are shipped to addresses in Colorado are subject to a sales tax of 7.7%.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
An estimate of the shipping charges will be provided to you at checkout.  The actual shipping charges will often be less than the estimated charges (they will never be more than the estimated shipping charges).
What payment methods do you accept?
Romen Graphics accepts Paypal, Visa or Mastercard for all online purchases.  With Paypal you can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.  Romen Graphics' Paypal ID is romengraphics@attbi.com.

  If you have placed an order over the phone or mail, Romen Graphics accepts Visa or Mastercard.

If you use Paypal, your payment will be processed immediately.  If you use Visa/Mastercard (not Paypal), then your payment will be processed when your order is sent to shipping.

 

I do not have a credit card, can I still place an order?
We do accept checks, under certain circumstances.  Your order will be processed only after your check clears your bank. Customers using this payment option can download and print our order form, fill it out and mail it with your payment to:

After I have placed my order, can I check the status on it?
Currently, you can retrieve the status of your order by sending an e-mail to sales@rgstore.com.
What is your return policy?
Everything you buy from Romen Graphics is backed by our 30 day Guarantee against defects by the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact Romen Graphics at info@rgstore.com for information on how to return damaged product.
