PROCESSING TIME:
Once that you have completely checked out of your shopping cart,
Romen Graphics will receive confirmation that your order is ready for
processing. At that point your order will be shipped immediately.
Any items that are not in stock will be back-ordered and will be shipped
as soon as they arrive in our receiving area.
If you have placed your order over the phone or using the
mail-in order form, then all in-stock products will be shipped as soon
as your Credit Card or Check information is verified (checks must also
clear your bank before shipment of your product occurs). This is
usually immediately for Credit cards, and 5 days for checks. For security reasons, voice confirmation
may be required before we can process your credit card or check for
payment.

UPS Ground: 3 - 8 Business Days
USPS: 1 - 5 Business days
Fedex Home Delivery 1 - 5 Business days
Fedex Second Day: 2 Business Days
Fedex Next Day Air: 1 Business Day

TIME FOR DELIVERY:
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment
authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier.
This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.
