For Family members and friends:
   If you are a family member or friend, I will ship the product as soon as I get your order.  I will accept whatever form of payment that you are comfortable with (Visa/Mastercard/Check/Paypal).

For my new customers:
  I accept personal checks, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Visa, Master Card or PayPal.  PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  If you use Paypal, your account will be charged immediately.  My Paypal ID is romengraphics@attbi.com.

  If you pay by Visa or Mastercard in the Romen Graphics Shopping cart, your card will be charged after your products are ready for shipping.

  If you would like to pay by personal check, I will ship the product as soon as I have verified your check  To verify your check, I must have it in hand.  If the Check Services company does not honor your check, I will call you to let you know to get another form of payment from you or to cancel your order.

  You may combine your purchases with products from Romen graphics (if you wish) using the Romen Graphics Shopping cart.  The used items in "Roger's Garage Sale" will not be charged Sales Tax.  The items that you purchase from the Romen Graphics will be charged Sales Tax if they are applicable for your area.  At present, Sales Tax is charged for products purchased in the state of Colorado at a rate of 7.7%.

  If an item from the Garage Sale is not available for sale, that item will be removed from your order (and any corresponding charges).  If an item that you have already paid for with Paypal, Cash or check, a refund will be issued to you after your Paypal or check payment has been processed (3 to 5 days).

The preferred method of shipping for residence delivery is Fedex Home Delivery.   Their rates are competitive with other carriers.  And it appears to be the best deal!  Of course, I can send your shipment with Fedex Next Day, 2nd Day (as well as UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or Express) if you want.
